Crescent Beach in White Rock is an amazing spot and reminds me of  La Jole.  This property was spectacular beach-like house with all the wainscoting, a big rap around porch, and the rocking chair out in the front veranda. Problem was the house was not selling.  Three realtors later they finally hired a realtor that believed in Home; the missing link to sell this home

This does not happen too often, but it does underline the impact staging can have on the buyer and seller. We staged a home in the Alouette area of Coquitlam. It was a redesign which included adding furnishing rentals and lots of accessories. In a unconnected project we staged a condo same the week which the condo sellers just loved. It made them want to stay where they were.
