,']]> B & B on the North Shore On the market 3 times and no sale the owners were getting frustrated. This home starved for the look it deserved! It was nestled on .4 of an acre with river flowing thru it. You felt like you were in a story book fairy tail along with a carriage house tucked in the corner.The house had leaded glass windows with the old doorsdouble doors looking out to the gardens.

The first thing we asked the home owners to change was the red carpet that ran up the stairs and the red dining room that made the house look dark and unappealing We had the owners remove several large pieces of furniture and to declutter.

 Our team came in and broughta van full of country furnishings that included vases  of flowers, bird cages, fresh pillows, trays, mirrors and art.

Wow this house now is oozing with charm!

,']]> Port Moody Display on Metta This developer has three properties side by side that have been sitting vacant on the market for a long time. The new realtor recommended staging one of them as they sat cold & uninviting. Our team staged it from top to bottom with a luxerious liberty theme in the living room that had class! We added a shiny black glass round dining room table with white leather chairs for contrast and a trio of Torre & Tagus vases ect ect. The family room was vey small so we utilized the space with the  best furniture arangment by using a beautiful sectional  that gave the most amount of seating with all the bells and whistles for art and accessories. Upstairs we caries the colors throughout the master bedroom and added a little girls room..was that fun or what! We added a large tufted pink headboard, with flowered bedding and a huge frilly opened umbrella! Violla!

,']]> Downtown Vancouver L’HERMITAGE EN VILLE on Richards St. We spent a couple hours transforming a condo at the downtown Vancouver condo at the L’HERMITAGE EN VILLE boutique Hotel & Residences. The clients furniture had its back facing the view and was unmemorable so we moved the couch to face the amazing view and the TV as it was originally the focal point.The only thing that had some inpact was their modern circled rug so that was the canvas we drew from. We tied in the carpet with new funky pillows and art. We finished by adding bright colored vases, grasses and art throughout. Now this Vancouver condo had impact and was unforgetable!


,']]> Redesign on Linton St Coquitlam The clients of this old Coquitlam home did a quick reno themselves by gutting the kitchen, bath, replacing the floors with a new wood laminate and painting the house from top to bottom. The only thing they left for us to use was their three beds. The masters bed was on the floor we framed it with new box springs, Inform tufted head board and decor pillows and art for all the other bedrooms. We brought in a very contempory white leather sectional with a black barcelona chair with a blast of colored pillows and art to finish the look!We added a new kitchen table set with modern colored vases and black tufted chaise and huge floor canvas for the living room nook. Wow what an amazing new look for that young family looking for that edgy new house! Won't last long!

,']]> North Vancouver Redesign on Mcewan Drive What a huge job! North Vancouver's Lynn Valley home had a major renovation from the curb but the interior was mostly outdated other then 2 of the bedrooms had been updated with paint and crown that was it. The home was a west coast contemporary but it was far from contemporary with their emerald green leather couch and pine kitchen table set. There was one lonely old shabby sheak large chair in theirliving room was the first impression.

Our team came in with their truck load of new furnishings. We transformed the Living room with a contemporary white leather set with a modern peice of art and accessories. We also changed out their family room set with a contemporary grey couch set and a modern arc lamp for better lighting, art, bright colored pillows and accessories that all resembled the color flow throughout the house. We added huge ginger jars to their oversized dining room table and a large mirror to open the room up and add demention. We added deluxe pillows and art to give the master bedroom a feeling of luxery and romance. We finished the other two bedrooms with art, lighting, throws and pillows..you just wanted to curl up and read a book with a cup of tea!

Sold 3 days later with 3 offers and over asking!

,']]> North Vancouver Redesign on Purcell Way We received a call a few months ago from my hairdresser wanting a name of a carpenter to do some new reonovationsin her old outdated townhome in North Vancouver. We had thr perfect fellow for the job..very skilled fellow with reasonable prices too! He spent the next few months putting in a new kitchen and bathroom.

Their main living area was dark and uninviting so we added splashes of bright colors with pillows and accessories thru out the home. The kitchen had a desk in which was replaced with our kitchen set.Two of the bedrooms had several dressers of different shapes and sizes and one bedroom was missing a bed. We brought in a bed/headboard to match the flow of decor and downsized furnishings and clutter. This property looked amazing..the client screamed with delight when she entered the property!


,']]> Real Estate Staging on Malvern Street in Burnaby This vacant brand new home in Burnaby needed to be staged to sell!  We staged the entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, butler’s pantry, kitchen dining area, family room, powder room on main level, laundry room, master bedroom, ensuite and hallways. This included all furniture, lighting, artwork, linens, area rugs and decorative accessories required to help achieve the look we wanted for this home!

It had two living areas plus a large dining room which we put a large square dining table that we made look stunning by using large white leather living room arm chairs.


The developer had the kitchen/family area wall painted red so that was the starting point for our color theme.

We added a little red to each room to keep it cohesive throughout. This home also had a large bedroom that we staged using a nice king set with large bedside tables and large table lamps to frame the bed.

,']]> Home Staging Redesign in Point Grey Vancouver This home we redesigned in Point Grey needed a facelift.  We redesigned the entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, powder room on main floor, master bedroom/ensuite, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bathroom and hallway. This included a small rental package including pillows and artwork for each room, area rugs and decorative accessories that were required to help achieve the right look for this property. To start, it had a "faux terra cotta" painted fireplace in living room that we painted a dark grey. We moved the over-sized dark brown leather couch set out of the formal living room into storage.  We borrowed the over-sized red couches with brown leather love seat from the family room for the formal living room. We added one of our coffee tables, and opened up the space with a mirror on the wall to bounce light off. To finish off the room we added elegant pillows, a new lighter area carpet and table accessories.


To make the formal living room/dining area felt larger we moved the dining table horizontal. We finished off the master by using taller more glamorous lamps we found in the basement and downsized a huge dresser and the baby crib. Also added some beautiful pillows and art to all the other rooms including girly pillows for the little girls room with flowers and girly pictures.

,']]> Staging in West Vancouver Vacant Home Our client had a vacant, brand new beautiful home in the Ambleside area of West Vancouver. It had a gorgeous open floor plan with modern fireplaces and high end finishings.
