An inexpensive alternative for the do-it-yourself type of homeowner, we will work together to create a plan to prepare your home for sale.
The Staging Goddess will meet with you and do an extensive tour of your home. Working together, we will offer you detailed ideas and solutions including furniture placement, de-cluttering, accessorizing and organizing for all areas of your home to help highlight your home's best features. First Impressions Package - Two Room Redesign
(Also includes: Walk Thru Consultation)
A less costly approach to full staging, this service is extremely popular. This service also is also included in all of our Staging Packages below. We will meet with you and do an extensive walk-thru of your home, contents and property prior to staging to determine exactly what needs to be done. At that time detailed notes are taken, as well as "Before" photos. We will also give you invaluable Staging information, as well as creative tips and suggestions.
You will create a 'homework list' (yes, you have to do a bit of work!) to determine what needs to be done. We will offer suggestions to play up the positive features of the home as well as eliminating or de-emphasizing trouble areas. We will address all areas of concern including paint color, cleanliness and minor repairs.
The Staging Goddess then returns and Stages two of the main rooms that are most of need of Redesigning and execute the work needed to get the home ready for you to show! Using your existing furnishings (and sometimes bringing in a few items to fine tune) we create an updated and stylish look that presents your space in a more appealing way to potential buyers.

Eye Candy Package - Full House Redesign
(Also includes: Walk Thru Consultation)
This is the most effective way to prepare your home for sale. The Staging Goddess and their Stylists will execute the work needed to get your home ready to sell. We will meet with you and do an extensive walk-thru of your home, contents and property prior to staging to determine exactly what needs to be done. At that time detailed notes are taken, as well as "before" digital photos. We will also give you invaluable Staging information, as well as creative tips and suggestions.
The next step is to return to your home and complete the Redesigning process. We will work through the house, room by room, top to bottom. Using your existing furnishings (and sometimes bringing in a few rental items to fine tune) we create an updated and stylish look that presents your space in a more appealing way to potential buyers.
We are experienced in a variety of ways including furniture placement, de-cluttering, organizing, accessorizing and correct lighting placement. We will also address any issues such as paint color, cleanliness or minor repairs. We will transform your home so it shows it's very best!

Home Sweet Home - Vacant Properties

Don't be tempted to leave your house empty! Vacant homes can often be the most confusing for buyers who have trouble envisioning their belongings in the space. We will create a show home using rental furnishings and accessories from our inventory that will add visual interest and enhance the architectural features of the home. This service includes everything necessary to showcase your vacant property and keep costs as minimal as possible. We will do the creative design, furniture rental coordination, shopping, staging and de-staging. All options are open to how much or how little you want.
